Palm Printing Co Terms and Conditions
Terms of service:
CV Palm Printing Co provides services subject to the following terms of service. By engaging with CV Palm Printing Co you are bound by these terms of service and any changes made to it thereafter.
From here on the buyer or user of these services will be refered to as “The Client”
If you do not agree to these terms of service then you should discontinue your interaction with CV Palm Printing Co.
Acceptance of these terms and conditions is by way of either written confirmation or by providing us with an order.
These terms of service govern the services provided by CV Palm Printing Co to you, “The Client.” A condition of CV Palm Printing Co providing the service is that these terms of service take precedence over any other agreement or representation regarding the service. CV Palm Printing Co reserves the right to make changes to the service agreement at any time.
CV Palm Printing Co Services:
- CV Palm Printing Co offers customised digital printing on fabric based on a selection of in house pre-determined fabric.
- CV Palm Printing Co offers customised digital printing on fabric supplied by The Client.
- CV Palm Printing Co offers customised digital placement printing on ready-made garments using “DTG” technology.
Payment:
- All goods must be paid in advance prior to commencing work or any printing services.
- Printing rates are excluding VAT if not exported and quoted in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) only and total invoices amount can be converted on the day of invoicing to either AUD or USD.
- Payment can be made through bank transfer, payment links for credit cards or Paypal.
- The client is subject to pay all bank transfer, Paypal fees or any import fees/duties at the destination incurred in the order transaction.
- Orders are not shipped until full payment is received/cleared into our bank account.
- Any overcuts or overprints that may occur will be charged at a discounted rate.
Acknowledgement of Risk:
The client acknowledges the inherent risk involved in the services undertaken and CV Palm Printing Co cannot guarantee, nor is any warranty given, that any particular results will be achievable. CV Palm Printing Co may provide advice and recommendations, but all decisions with connection to the implementation of such advice and recommendations shall be the responsibility of, and made by the client
Providing artwork & Information:
When providing artwork for print CV Palm Printing Co can only reproduce artwork based off the file that has been provided. When providing artwork for printing the client acknowledges they have approved the file is suitable for print and are in control of the outcome. This relates to the scale the artwork is set to, the quality of pixels in the image, a reasonable understanding of the outcomes and related limitations of a digital file being printed onto a textile.
It is the responsibility of the client to provide all files in the correct format ready for printing. Details of file formats are:
- Acceptable formats TIF, JPG, PDF, PDS, EPS or AI.
- The direction or length of the print is considered the vertical axis of the file and the width of the print is considered the horizontal axis of the artwork file.
- Ensure artwork is ready to print, sized/scaled & repeatable/seamless (if applicable)
- 500mb or less in size.
- Minimum resolution of Resolution 150 DPI minimum.
- RGB colour space
- All files are emailed, wetransfered or dropbox.
CV Palm Printing Co will not take responsibility for any changes that have been made by CV Palm Printing Co to client files at the clients request.
All instructions & information must be submitted in writing via email to hello@palmprinting.co we do not accept any verbal or written instructions, information or orders on any other communication platform other than email.
CV Palm Printing Co will not take responsibility for any errors that may occur if instructions are not submitted in writing via email.
How to place an order:
- Email, Wetrasnfer or Dropbox the files artwork and purchase order* to us at hello@palmprinting.co
- Ensure the artwork files are as per file requirements below.
- Pick out fabrics from our price list here or supply your own fabric** (terms & conditions apply)
- Ensure that artwork file names & fabric name match on the purchase order.
- Provide payment on proforma supplied
- Any fabric being supplied to CV Palm Printing Co must be accompanied by the purchase order.
Colour & Print results:
CV Palm Printing Co will to the best of their ability reproduce a print, artwork, digital file onto a textile to achieve the best possible colour match. By printing files with CV Palm Printing Co you are accepting print colour will have variation from monitors/computer screen to textile and not all colours can be printed.
Colour variation from monitor to the printed fabric is inevitable. If specific colours are required it is the responsibility of the client to discuss with CV Palm Printing Co.
The client is familiar and accepts that the colour variation from batch to batch of printed fabric is inevitable, (eg difference between a strike off and final bulk or for a re order of a previously printed order) this is due to a variety of factors such as slight differences in fabric finishes which is beyond our control.
The client is familiar and accepts that the general acceptable tolerance for variation is 5% between batches/lots, this includes but not limited to colour intensity, hue, tone and scale.
The client is familiar and accepts that the general acceptable tolerance for minor faults is 5% or under calculated based on the total surface area of divided by faulty surface area. These faults include but not limited stains, print ghosting or fabric faults. Any faults totalling more than 5% will be reprinted by CV Palm Printing Co.
For print results that have faults totalling more than 5%, only the actual faulty amount will be replaced/reprinted and not the total panel/artwork or order.
There may be circumstances where faults in the fabric, fabric preparation or printing has occurred and not been noticed prior to shipping.
The client is familiar and accepts that natural fabrics will always have subtle imperfections and may be subject to shrinkage. CV Palm Printing Co will not guarantee these subtle imperfections will not be included in any given fabric order. These include, fluff, slubs, yarn variation, shrinkage, skewing and off-grain at selvage, fibre cross pollution presenting variation in yarn colour.
The client is familiar and accepts that the base colour of natural fabrics will have occasionally vary in terms of the whiteness. We can guarantee the same colour within a single order but do not guarantee the next order will have the same base white colour.
Small marks or blemishes on the under side (non-printed side) of the fabric is not considered as a fault.
CV Palm Printing Co strongly recommends that printing be applied to the stock fabrics available on our fabric list. However clients can provide their own fabrics, on approval of fabric from CV Palm Printing Co and meeting CV Palm Printing Co’s requirement for printed minimums and set-up fees.
Clients providing fabrics do so on the understanding that CV Palm Printing Co will accept no responsibility for shrinkage, skewing, colour change, bleeding and overall print quality which might be attributed to the fabric supplied.
It is the clients’ responsibility to provide detailed instructions on required print placements and application across the surface of the fabric. It is recommended that clients undertake a test print before committing to larger quantity.
It is the clients responsibility to ensure all printed fabric is suitable for its intended application and meets the specific quality standards in colour fastness, wash fastness, rub fastness etc and to establish appropriate care instructions and labelling.
The clients understand that with any on demand production & printing there may be instances of 'overages' (small surplus of production) this often occurs but not limited to printed fabric, homewares, garments or accessories. Overages may occur due to a number of reasons and the client will be provided a discount towards the items.
Palm Printing Co is not responsible for the condition in which the fabric is provided to us by the Client or by the Client’s supplier (where applicable, eg. your supplier provides us with the fabric directly). We do not check for holes, any other fabric imperfections on the fabric supplied, length of fabric delivered or any other order specifications between you and your supplier. We do not provide any waranty or guarantee on the overall print result when fabric is being supplied to us.
For any fabric provided by the client there is a mandatory testing phase. 2 meter length of fabric is provided for us testing with attached order form. This step is to ensure printability & feasibility of the proposed fabric. We provide no guarantees of the print results and we charge for the testing regardless of the outcome or results. You can provide artwork for this but we can’t guarantee it will be printed correctly.
If your supplier delivers fabric direct to us, we go straight to print, and it is the Client’s responsibility to ensure the right fabric was delivered in the correct amount and condition and other related particulars.
Copyright & Intellectual property:
CV Palm Printing Co and the Client intend this to be a contract for service and acknowledge that all work and all rights therein, including, without limitation, copyright belong to and shall be the sole and exclusive property of respective parties. Example: CV Palm Printing Co provides printed fabric based on our own prints to the client, the client may on sell or distribute this but the copyright of the print still belongs to CV Palm Printing Co and the client may not reproduce this externally without written permission.
CV Palm Printing Co expects that all clients uphold intellectual property in respect to all their work and others. CV Palm Printing Co expects that all clients have the lawful right to reproduce and distribute any artwork provided for print.
CV Palm Printing does not share or distribute any artwork belonging to the Client without written permission with the exception:
- The client has failed to collect or make payment after more than 1 month.
- The fabric is returned by the Client to CV Palm Printing of any reasons.
CV Palm Printing Co Reserves the right to publish articles, content and images around the work it has done for its clients in general. Any publicity pertaining directly to a particular client CV Palm Printing Co will seek permissions from the party.
External parties will not use CV Palm Printing Co in relation to the services or in any endorsement publicly without written permission from CV Palm Printing Co.
CV Palm Printing Co protects potential copyright & IP leaks by the following steps:
- We exclusively print & offer printing services in house only without any 3rd parties or outsourced suppliers.
- Any photography or image recording is strictly forbidden within the printing room by staff or buyers/clients.
- We do not allow any buyers or visitors to enter our production room during printing.
- We do not directly display or show whether in physical form or electronically any artwork that belongs to the client.
Force Majeure
CV Palm Printing Co will use all reasonable endeavours to carry out the Services in the agreed timeframe, but will not be held liable for delays or other failures to perform that result from events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CV Palm Printing Co and in particular, any failure by the client to provide agreed resources, information, services etc.
If a force majeure event does occur and an order is not able to be completed CV Palm Printing Co will offer a full refund & order cancellation.
Shipping:
Delivery will be facilitated based on full instructions from the customer by postal or courier service and will be paid for by the customer at the price indicated at the time of purchase or invoice.
CV Palm Printing Co will charge shipping charges to the customer which will vary depending upon the size and price of the product. Shipping costs must be paid in full prior to any orders being delivered.
CV Palm Printing Co is not responsible for any damages or duties incurred during shipping or transit.
Returns
Please contact CV Palm Printing Co should you feel a product is faulty and is required to be returned.
We will not be held responsible nor process any returned fabric without being emailed prior to the return being accepted by us. We reserve the right to destroy or on-sell any fabric that has been sent to us for a return without prior approval. We will not hold onto the fabric for you to collect as we do not have storage space.
We reserve the right to on-sell any printed fabric deemed faulty at our discretion without any claims against copyright infringement.
We will not accept any fabric returns under any conditions if the fabric printed by us has been cut by the Client, or made into items, or any other alterations/damage has been made to the fabric, whether wholly or in part. The fabric must be returned in its original condition as sent to you by us, for us to consider a return.
Returning product for a credit or refund will be at the customers cost, no refund or credit will be applied without CV Palm Printing Co receiving faulty goods, inspecting goods and determining our printing processes were at fault.
CV Palm Printing Co will not be held responsible for any damage incurred in the shipment process or by any third parties involved in shipment, or any part of the transaction with the Client.
Amount of credit or refund is at the discretion of CV Palm Printing Co based on the degree of faults, credited value amount cannot be claimed more than the value of the actual order.
CV Palm Printing Co works to uphold the highest standards and if something has been provided with fault CV Palm Printing Co will aim to provide a speedy outcome and resolution.

- CV Palm Printing Co is an Indonesian company. Any disputes regarding the transaction between the Client and us will be subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- We assume the Client has knowledge of printing processes and outcomes of their files and encourage Clients to purchase a swatch book of in-house fabrics prior to any printing taking place and/or order a Strike off first of their artwork prior to bulk printing.

Persyaratan & Ketentuan CV Palm Printing Co
Syarat & ketentuan yang ditetapkan di bawah ini mengatur pemakaian jasa yang ditawarkan oleh CV Palm Printing Co
Syarat & ketentuan ini menganggap bahwa pembeli atau pengguna jasa yang selanjutnya akan di sebut “Pihak Pembeli”
Dengan menggunakan jasa CV Palm Printing Co maka pihak pembeli dianggap telah membaca, mengerti, memahami dan menyetujui semua isi dalam syarat & ketentuan ini. Jika pembeli tidak menyetujui syarat & ketentuan ini sebaiknya menghentikan semua interaksi dengan CV Palm Printing Co.
CV Palm Printing menganggap pihak pembeli telah setuju dengan syarat & ketentuan ini dengan cara tertulis atau dengan cara memberikan sebuah order/pesanan.
Pihak Pembeli menyetujui bahwa perjanjian Syarat & ketentuan ini mendahulukan & mendapatkan hak lebih tinggi dari semua perjanjian lain atau perwakilan lain yang menyangkut jasa yang disediakan oleh CV Palm Printing Co.
Jasa yang disediakan oleh CV Palm Printing Co:
- CV Palm Printing Co menyediakan jasa percetakan digital diatas kain atau tekstil yang telah dipilih oleh CV Palm Printing Co.
- CV Palm Printing Co menyediakan jasa percetakan digital diatas kain atau tekstil yang telah dipilih oleh Pihak Pembeli.
- CV Palm Printing Co menyediakan jasa percetakan digital diatas baju sudah jadi menggunakan teknologi DTG.
Pembayaran:
- Semua jasa & pembelian di bayar 100% didepan sebelum pengerjaan dimulai.
- Semua harga dalam mata uang IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) sebelum PPN jika tidak di ekspor dan bisa di konversi dalam mata uang AUD atau USD pada hari transaksi untuk transaksi export.
- Semua pembayaran menggunakan Transfer bank ke rekening CV Palm Printing Co atau Paypal.
- Pihak Pembeli bertanggung jawab atas semua biaya transfer dan pajak/bea cukai di negara tujuan.
- Order akan kirim/released setelah pembayaran lunas diterima/kliring ke rekening CVp Palm Printing Co.
Pemahaman risiko:
Pihak pembeli memahami & menerima risiko umun menyangkut proses percetakan digital kain. CV Palm Printing Co tidak menjamin atau memberikan jaminan bahwa sebuah hasil cetak bisa dengan sempurna di capai.
CV Palm Printing Co bisa menyediakan saran atau rekomendasi akan tetapi semua keputusan tersebut menjadi tanggung jawab pihak pembeli. Hasil dari proses yang dijalankan berdasarkan rekomendasi tersebut juga menjadi tanggung jawab pihak pembeli.
Menyediakan gambar file, order, informasi atau instruksi:
CV Palm Printing Co murni mencetak berdasarkan file atau gambar yang disiapkan atau disediakan oleh pihak pembeli.
Pihak pembeli memahami dan menerima bahwa semua hasil cetak dari file yang disediakan adalah tanggung jawab pihak pembeli. Hal ini menyangkut skala/ukuran gambar, qualitas resolusi/pixel dan pemahaman yang umum mengenai keterbatasan sebuah file gambar digital yang dicetak diatas permukaan kain.
Pihak Pembeli bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan semua file gambar dalam format siap untuk langsung di cetak. Format yang diterima oleh CV Palm Printing Co sbb:
- File format tif, jpef, pdf, pds, eps atau ai.
- Arah memanjang kain dianggap sumbu “Y” atau vertical dan lebar kain di anggap sumbu “X” atau horizontal.
- File harus dalam “Siap cetak” disimpan dalam ukuran sudah sesuai permintaan, motif seamless/bisa direpeat (jika bukan panel print)
- Dibawah ukuran 500MB.
- Resolusi minimum 150DPI.
- Format warna RGB.
- Di email, wetransfer atau dropbox.
CV Palm Printing Co tidak bertanggung jawab atas hasil cetak berdasarkan rubahan pada file gambar yang telah di instruksikan oleh pihak pembeli.
Semua instruksi, informasi & order wajib di kirim melalu surat elektronik / email ke alamat hello@palmprinting.co
CV Palm Printing Co menyediakan format order form standard untuk di isi untuk semua order.
CV Palm Printing Co tidak menerima instruksi, informasi atau pun pemesanan secara lisan atau lewat media komunikasi lainnya.
Tata Cara order:
- Kirim purchase order serta file print lewat: email, dropbox atau wetransfer file yang ingin di print
- Pastikan file artwork sudah sesuai spesifikasi yang tertera diatas.
- Pilih kain dari price list kami atau sediakan kain sendiri (sesuai syarat & ketentuan)
- Nama kain & file yang dikirim wajib memiliki nama yang sama sesuai data di purchase order.
- Melakukan pembayaran setelah menerima proforma.
- Jika kain disediakan dari buyer/Makloon maka kain yg dikirim wajib di lampirkan purchase order yang tersisi.
Warna & hasil cetakan:
CV Palm Printing Co akan semampunya memberikan hasil terbaik dalam mencetak gambar file diatas media kain tekstil dalam mencocokan warna. Pihak pembeli meneriman & memahami bahwa hasil warna bisa berbeda dari monitor computer dengan hasil di atas kain tekstil dan tidak semua warna bisa dengan sempurna dihasilkan.
Perbedaan warna tidak bisa dihindari, jika sebuah warna spesifik perlu dihasilkan maka ini merupakan tanggung jawab Pihak pembeli untuk membahas terlebih dahulu dengan CV Palm Printing Co.
Pihak pembeli memahami & mengerti secara umum akan terjadi perbedaan warna antara lot atau batch, sebagai contoh perbedaan antara sample dengan produksi atau pemesanan ulang yang sudah pernah dikerjakan. Hal ini diakibatkan & menyangkut factor perbedaan kecil antara finishing permukaan kain tekstil yang diluar kendali CV Palm Printing Co.
Pihak pembeli memahami & menerima secara umum toleransi perbedaan hasil cetak adalah 5% antara batch/lot, ini termasuk tapi tidak sebatas intensitas warna, tua-muda warna & skala/ukuran.
Pihak pembeli memahami & menerima secara umum toleransi cacat hasil cetak adalah 5% atau kebawah, ini di ukuran dari jumlah permukaan yang cacat cetak dibagi jumlah cetak keseluruhan. Rijek/cacat bisa berupa tapi tidak sebatas noda, bayangan atau pun cacat kain. CV Palm Printing Co akan mencetak ulang jumlah yang bermasalah jika cacat melebihi batas toleransi 5%.
Jika ada rijek/cacat cetak pada hasil cetakl maka hanya jumlah kain yang cacat akan di ganti & bukan order keseluruhan.
Pihak pembeli memahami & menerima secara umum akan ada cacat kecil dalam kain, dalam proses persiapan kain atau hasil cetak yg tidak di temukan oleh CV Palm Printing Co sebelum pengiriman.
Pihak pembeli memahami & menerima secara umum kain bahan/serat alami memiliki ketidak-sempurnaan kecil baik dan kemungkinan susut/kerut baik dari segi benang, rajutan atau hasil proses finishing permukaan kain. CV Palm Printing Co tidak menjamin ketidak-sempuraan kecil ini atau susut/kerut bisa dihindari pada jumlah apapun dalam pemesanan. Yang dimaksud ketidak-sempurnaan kecil ini termasuk tapi tidak sebatas: bulu benang, slub, perbedaan ukuran benang, susut kain, skewing/kemiringan kain, campuran benang warna lain dalam kain.
Pihak pembeli memahami & menerima secara umum kain bahan/serat alami memiliki ketidak-samaan antara warna background (dasar kain) yang bisa miliki warna putih yang berbeda-beda. Palm Printing bisa menjamin warna dasar kain dalam satu order tapi tidak menjamin warna dasar pada order berikutnya bisa mengikuti.
Noda atau sejenis di sisi bawah kain (Sisi yang tidak tercetak) tidak di anggap sebagai cacat/rijek kain.
CV Palm Printing Co menyarankan mencetak menggunakan kain yang telah terpilih di daftar kami. Jika pihak pembeli ingin menyediakan kain sendiri hal ini berdasarkan persetujuan dari CV Palm Printing Co dan memenuhi sejumlah persyaratan CV Palm Printing Co untuk jumlah minimal & ongkos persiapan.
Pihak pembeli memahami & menerima bahwa CV Palm Printing Co tidak bertanggung jawab atas shrinkage/kerut, skewing/kemiringan, perubahaan warna atau hasil cetak secara umum berhubungan dari kain yang disediakan oleh pihak pembeli.
Pihak pembeli memahami & bertanggung jawab untuk menyediakan file yang sudah disetting sesuai keinginan mengenai posisi/letak gambar diatas permukaan kain. CV Palm Printing Co menyarankan untuk memesan jumlah sedikit untuk melihat hasil sebelum melakukan pemesanan dalam jumlah banyak.
Pihak pembeli memahami & bertanggung jawab untuk melakukan uji coba hasil kain yang disediakan oleh CV Palm Printing Co telah memenuhi harapan dari colourfastness (daya serap warna), washfastness (hasil setelah cuci), rubfastness (hasil gosok) dll untuk menentukan instruksi perawatan & labelling (care & washing instructions).
CV Palm Printing Co tidak bertanggung jawab untuk kondisi atau keadaan kain yg disediakan oleh pihak pembeli atau supplier pihak pembeli (dimana supplier pihak pembeli mengirim kain langsung ke CV Palm Printing Co)
CV Palm Printing Co tidak memeriksa atau mengukur kain yang disediakan oleh pihak pembeli sebelum mencetak, segala pemeriksaan jumlah atau spesifikasi kain wajib lakukan oleh pihak pembeli dengan supplier. Jika supplier pihak pembeli mengirim/menyediakan kain langsung ke CV Palm Printing Co maka kami akan langsung proses dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas kondisi, hasil cetak atau jumlah kain yang telah disediakan.
Untuk kain yang di sediakan/supply oleh customer di wajibkan tahpan Test print dengan minimal kain 2 meter terlebih dahulu dikirim ke Palm Printing guna mengecek kecocokan kain dengan proses kami. Test printing ini bersifat tanpa ada jaminan hasil & akan di di charge apapun hasilnya.
Hak Cipta, Kekayaan Intelektual & kerahasian:
CV Palm Printing Co dan pihak pembeli dengan perjanjian ini memahami & menerima bahwa semua hasil kerja dan hak yang menyangkut tapi tidak sebatas hak cipta, hak paten atau kekayaan intelektual adalah milik secara eklusif dan tersendiri pihak masing-masing yang menyediakan. Contoh: CV Palm Printing Co mencetak file gambar milik kami untuk pihak pembeli yang dapat di perjual belikan tapi hak cipta tersebut secara eklusif milik CV Palm Printing Co, pihak pembeli tidak memiliki hak untuk mereproduksi kembali tanpa izin tertulis.
CV Palm Printing Co menganggap pihak pembeli mengikuti hukum mengenai hak cipta & kekayaan intelektual yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia. CV Palm Printing Co menganggap pihak pembeli memiliki hak untuk menggunakan atau mereproduksi semua file gambar yang disediakan.
CV Palm Printing Co tidak mendistribusi, menggadakan, atau menjual kembali segala file gambar pihak pembeli tanpa izin tertulis dengan pengecualian:
- Pihak pembeli gagal mengambil hasil cetakan atau tidak melakukan pembayaran lebih dari 1 bulan setelah pemberitahuan tertulis oleh CV Palm Printing Co.
- Hasil cetak dikembalikan oleh pihak pembeli kepada CV Palm Printing Co.
CV Palm Printing Co memiliki hak untuk mempublish artikel, konten dan gambar/photo yang menyangkut hasil dari jasa kami secara umum tapi segala publikasi yang mengandung informasi secara langsung atau terperinci mengenai pihak pembeli atau hak cipta pihak pembeli maka CV Palm Printing Co akan meminta izin secara tertulis terlebih dahulu.
CV Palm Printing Co menjaga kerahasian hak cipta dengan langkah sbb:
- Secara eklusif mencetak & menyediakan jasa dalam perusahaan sendiri tanpa pihak ketiga atau outsourcing.
- Tidak mengizinkan segala bentuk pengambilan gambar dalam ruang produksi oleh staff atau pun pihak pembeli / calon pembeli.
- Tidak mengizinkan pihak pembeli atau calon pembeli masuk kedalam ruang produksi yang sedang mencetak.
- Tidak mempamerkan secara langsung atau sepenuhnya dalam bentuk fisik atau elektronik hasil produksi yang menggunakan file gambar hak cipta pihak pembeli.
Force Majeure
CV Palm Printing Co akan semampunya memberikan hasil terbaik dalam menyediakan jasa yang tertuang dalam waktu kerja yang telah ditentukan akan tetapi tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan akibat situasi diluar kendali CV Palm Printing Co dan terutama kegagalan oleh pihak pembeli dalam menyediakan pembayaran, informasi, instruksi, keputusan atau kerusakan mesin atau alat mendadak.
Jika ada event force majeure dan orderan tersebut tidak bisa terselesaikan dalam tempo waktu yang dijanjikan maka CV Palm Printing Co berhak membatalkan orderan & memberi pengembalian secara penuh / full refund untuk nominal invoice tersebut.
Pengiriman:
Pengiriman akan di fasilitasi oleh CV Palm Printing Co kepada pihak ketiga berdasarkan instruksi penuh oleh pihak pembeli melalu kurir atau pos dan akan dibayar dengan penuh pada saat pembelian atau sebelum pengiriman.
Ongkos pengiriman akan berdasarkan jumlah/berat pesanan dan alamat atau posisi pihak pembeli.
Segala kerusakan/kerugian dan pajak/bea cukai yang terjadi pada saat pengiriman diluar tanggung jawab CV Palm Printing Co.
Retur/Pengembalian.
Pihak pembeli di mohonkan untuk segera menghubungi CV Palm Printing Co jika merasa ada hasil cacat yang melebihi batas toleransi.
CV Palm Printing Co tidak akan bertanggung jawab atau menerima kain yang dikembalikan atau memulai proses sebuah retur/pengembalian jika pihak pembeli tidak menghubungi sebelumnya lewat email.
CV Palm Printing Co tidak akan menerima tanggung jawab atau klaim kompensasi atau ganti rugi yang melebih harga atau jumlah total order/pembelian.
CV Palm Printing Co memiliki hak untuk menjual kembali tanpa kompensasi atau ganti rugi kepada pihak pembeli jika pengembalian kain tanpa ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya lewat email.
CV Palm Printing Co berhak menjual kembali kepada umum kain pihak pembeli yang telah diretur/kembalikan untuk sebuah refund/kredit 6 bulan setelah kain tersebut diterima oleh CV Palm Printing Co tanpa gugatan hukum hak cipta atau kekayaan intelektual.
CV Palm Printing Co tidak akan menerima retur/pengembalian kain jika kain tersebut sudah di potong atau dalam bentuk potongan. Kain wajib dikembalikan dalam kondisi utuh oleh pihak pembeli kepada CV Palm Printing Co guna menganalisa klaim tersebut.
Segala ongkos kirim pengembalian kain ke CV Palm Printing Co untuk kredit atau refund merupakan tanggung jawab pihak pembeli. CV Palm Printing Co tidak akan memproses sebuah refund tanpa sebelumnya memeriksa & menentukan bahwa proses cetak kami yang mengakibatkan cacat/kerusakan.
Jumlah kredit atau refund akan di tentukan oleh CV Palm Printing Co berdasarkan tingkat kerusakan, jumlah kredit atau refund tidak akan pernah lebih dari harga order/pemesanan tersebut.
CV Palm Printing Co tidak bertanggung jawab untuk kerugian diluar harga kain atau ongkos cetak.
Segala kerusakan atau kerugian yang terjadi pada saat pengiriman atau akibat partai ketiga saat pengiriman diluar tanggung jawab CV Palm Printing Co.
CV Palm Printing Co akan semampunya menegakan standard paling tinggi, jika ada kesalahan atau cacat kerja CV Palm Printing Co akan dengan cepat menyediakan resolusi.
