Ordering & Artwork Guidelines

Follow the steps below when filling out the order form.

Filling the Order Form:

For each Homewares, Apparel or T‑shirt you’re ordering, please include:

A. SKU Product code from our catalog  

B. Item name: Style name from our catalog  

C. Fabric colour:  (e.g. Black, White, Navy from the catalog)  

D. Quantity per size:How many of each size you need  

  - Example: S – 10, M – 15, L – 5, XL – 2  or for samples it would just be S - 1 

If you’re ordering different colours or styles, please list each one on a separate collum line.

An example below shows how to setup a "Multi print" item ie A t-shirt with multiple placement prints and also a single item with only an embroidery.

Artwork names and print positions

For Apparel placement printing please name your artwork to match where it will be printed on the T‑shirt, hood or jacket.  

You can quote the Printing Position codes on the last pages of the catalog:

CC_Artwork#1 – [Your Artwork Name]** = Centre Chest  

LC_Artwork#2 – [Your Artwork Name]** = Left Chest  

BC_Artwork#3 – [Your Artwork Name]** = Back Collar  

Simple Ordering Steps

1. Provide artwork (preferred file types: high-resolution PNG, TIFF or vector AI/PDF at a a minimum of 150 DPI) Files should be sized or scaled at 100%
2. Submit a filled order form as shown above
3. Once we receive the completed information we'll send through a quote to pay. 
4. Production starts once payment clears and we'll notify you when the goods are dispatched. 

Artwork Tips for Best Results

• Use 300 DPI and true-color (sRGB or Adobe RGB) files
• Provide bleed + 5–10 mm where pattern repeats or edge printing is required
• Supply seamless repeat tiles for continuous patterns
• Ensure artworks are name exactly as they are listed on the order form. 

How Pricing Works

- Pricing per item: calculated by product type, size and fabric selection
- Minimum order quantities start at 1 piece — our pricing tiered.
- Combine prints to reach lower price tiers: mix-and-match prints across SKUs reduces unit cost

What’s Not Included

- Shipping costs are excluded from catalog pricing (we offer freight quotes via DHL)
- VAT: Items sold and not exported from Indonesia may be subject to Indonesian VAT — confirm tax treatment for your destination
