How to Order

 Step 1 — Request Infopack & Order Form
Email hello@palmprinting.co to receive an Infopack (fabric options, pricing tiers, MOQs) and the Order Form.

Step 2 — Complete Order Form & Submit Artwork
Provide: fabric choice, design name, quantities, shipping address, contact number.
Upload high‑resolution artwork (min 150 DPI) in TIFF, PDF, PSD, EPS, AI or JPEG. For large files use WeTransfer or Dropbox. Need help? See our guide: How to Best Prepare Artwork Files for Digital Fabric Printing.

Step 3 — Invoice & Payment
We’ll send a detailed invoice after reviewing your order. Production begins once full payment is received. Payment instructions included on the invoice.

Step 4 — Production & Shipping
After payment confirmation we start production, then pack and dispatch your order. Worldwide shipping via DHL Express; domestic shipping within Indonesia available.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed per metre and shown in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Equivalent prices in USD and AUD are available using the daily exchange rate.

Shipping & Fees

Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
